Great tour! There is so much to learn about San Francisco that I felt like my head was going to explode! The guide was funny, and somehow managed to talk about everything and everywhere we were seeing without the spiel becoming boring or "too much." Thank you for an amazing morning!

I had a wonderful time. I loved our guide - he was very knowledgable, caring, kept track of everyone and communicated well. We got to see so much of the city that we knew we wouldn't have a chance to see while we were there for only a short time. And they also have a very accommodating customer service. Thank you Extranomical Tours and for your customer service

My friend and I really enjoyed the tour with Extranomical! We got picked up on time from our hotel and spent wonderful 4 hours discovering the main city highlights. Our first stop at the Palace of Fine Arts where we had about a 15 minutes to walk around and take pictures. Then we continued to a great vista point with some coll views of the Golden Gate Bridge. After that, we drove across the bridge and snapped some shots at a different vista point. The last stop was at the Land's End Lookout, a place with fascinating ocean views. During all the drive around the city, we listened to interesting stories and learned a lot about the history of San Francisco. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and funny! Her driving skills were great too, we felt very safe during the drive. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to hit all the main spots in SF within 4 hours.

Booking with Extranomical was easy as 1-2-3. Customer support was commendable from the moment of booking, picking up and until the end of the tour itself. I must say our tour guide, Kim, was very much knowledgeable of all the places we visited. She even gave some tips on good places to eat. I highly recommend this to my friends and family. What a memorable way of knowing SF. Kudos to Extranomical!

I took this tour with my family who were visiting me in San Francisco. It was a comprehensive way to see the city in a short amount of time. My family absolutely loved it and the guide Kimmy was phenomenal. She made us laugh and told us interesting stories, plus she was our photographer capturing amazing family shots that will soon go on my walls! If you live in the area or are visiting from farther out, this is definitely the tour you need to take!

I recommend you take this tour the first day, that way you’ll know which places you really want to visit. Kimmy, our guide from Extranomical tours did a fantastic job. She was friendly and professional; it was a lot fun, and we learned so many interesting facts and history about San Francisco.

We had a tour guide who appeared to just be getting started (there was a second person with her who appeared to be a part of the training process). Shortly into the tour, the first guide asked the trainer to take over, which she did for the remainder of the morning. My low rating is more a reflection of my disappointment in the tour company rather than the guides themselves. They seemed to be doing the best they could with a challenging situation. The guide-in-training obviously needed more time to learn how to drive a bus of this size(constant tapping on the accelerator made for a very jerky ride) and to commit the tour path to memory. I have nothing but respect for the difficulty of a job like this....managing a bus full of people, San Francisco traffic, and streets, all while keeping up a steady stream of interesting information must be TOUGH! The tour company should make sure that their drivers/guides have all of the training they need before sending them out.
