The Mary Todd Lincoln House is partially wheelchair accessible. The first floor of the museum can be reached via a handicap lift and is wheelchair navigable. Please ask staff for access to the lift. The second floor is not wheelchair accessible. There are twenty-one steps to the second floor. A photo album of the upstairs is available for visitors who are unable to or choose not to tour the upstairs.

Well preserved piece of History which introduced additional facts about the Todd and Lincoln families that (unless you studied this history) wouldn't have been revealed.

Neat little house with plenty of history. Keep in mind going in this about Mary Todd, although there is plenty of Abe too. Masks required and clean, safe environment. Worth the stop.

Great tour! There are hosts there to answer your questions and they give you a little initial background of the house. We were there for about an hour total and that included the garden in the courtyard. There’s an additional mile long walking tour they have a brochure on but we didn’t do it because we were pressed for time. You learn about the Todd family and the home where Mary spent her teen years. It’s worth the stop if you’re in the area and want something simple to do. Today is a beautiful day but it’s also good for rainy days.

I really enjoy history so this was a great experience for me. The staff was very knowledgeable and made the experience so much better. I would definitely recommend visiting this place to everyone.

This home was occupied for several years by Mary Todd and is therefore of limited historical interest. Unfortunately, while the admission was not expensive, the experience was still not worth the price. No historical tour and very little to see. The Clay Estate, Ashland, was much more edifying.

The had switched to a self guided tour and only allowed 15 in at a time. We came early on a week day and paid for the tickets at the door. You can also order tickets online and that is probably the best way to do it since you could be kept out by the rules. The house was bigger then I expected and had some interesting things that I didn't know about the Lincolns.

We thoroughly enjoyed the museum. It was very interesting, the staff was extremely well informed and friendly, and we learned a lot about Mary Todd Lincoln. Seeing how the house was restored and filled with authentic items was very impressive. This is a great tour that you can do in under an hour. Well worth it if you are visiting downtown Lexington!
