Once you've reserved your date, your personal ski concierge will arrive on time to custom fit your equipment in the comfort of your lodgings. When you are ready to return your equipment, just call and arrangements will be made for a concierge to swing over and collect all of your gear.

Highly recommended service. Efficient. Economical. Easy. We were met at our lodge , fitting was completed in a timely fashion. We had to switch out skis after one day for a different length , and this was done with ease at our lodge. To return, we just left the skis with our ski valet at hotel. Highly recommend Black Tie Ski Rental

Black Tie is awesome! I typically have a problem with ski boots fitting correctly. They feel okay at first, and then don't. (I have a slightly larger left foot, which is frequently a problem.) I called early Wed. afternoon, 2/27, explaining how the boots were feeling, and the woman on the phone was very helpful. A male staff member was at Deer Valley within 20 minutes with 2 pairs of boots for me to try. The Salomon boots with 4 adjustment points were so much better! I enjoyed the rest of my time skiing and had much better control. He also made suggestions for the type of boots I should consider when renting or buying in the future. I took photos of the Salomon boots for future reference. Black Tie was also very prompt with delivery and pickup. I recommend them highly and will use them again.

I decided last minute to rent skis from Black Tie and so glad I did - their staff made it super, super easy with dropoff, pickup, and quality skis. A little pricier than competitors but worth it for the no-fuss service.
